Important Statement

WhatsCode is a fully offline logic-puzzle game. We want to be absolutely clear:

• We do not collect any personally identifiable information.
• We do not upload any data to remote servers.
• All game progress, levels, and statistics are stored locally on your device only (via iOS UserDefaults).
• The app does not require an internet connection to use any feature.
• The app does not request camera, microphone, location, or contacts permissions.
• You can delete the app at any time to remove all local data.

Detailed Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection Scope

WhatsCode does not collect any of the following:

• Personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, etc.)
• Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
• Network activity or location data
• Photos, camera footage, or microphone recordings

The app only stores the following anonymous game data locally:

• Current game level and progression
• Difficulty settings and theme unlock status
• Local gameplay statistics (wins, attempt counts, etc.)
• Tutorial completion flag

2. How Information Is Used

All locally stored data is used solely to:

• Save your game progress so you can resume later.
• Track theme unlocks and rank progression.
• Display personal gameplay statistics (local display only).

3. Third-Party Services & Data Disclosure

WhatsCode does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or social SDKs.

We will not disclose your information to any third party except:

• When required by law, legal process, or government request.
• With your explicit consent.

4. Data Security

Even though all data remains on your device, we still take the following precautions:

• Game data is stored via the standard iOS UserDefaults mechanism, protected by the system sandbox.
• Deleting the app will permanently erase all associated data.

5. User Choices & Control

You may:

• Delete the app from iOS Settings to remove all data at any time.
• Reset game progress from the in-app menu.

6. Children’s Privacy

WhatsCode is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or a website announcement.
